Hawaiian Square Follow along with my video tutorial. Round 1: Magic circle, 1 pineapple stitch [(yo, insert hook, draw up a loop) 4 times, yo, draw through 9 loops], (ch2, 1 pineapple) 7 times, ch2, slip stitch to 1 st pineapple Do not tie off. Round 2: 1 pineapple in chain space before slip stitch, *ch2, 1 pineapple in next chain space, ch2, (1dc, ch2, 1dc) in next pineapple to form the corner, ch2, 1 pineapple in next chain space*, after dc group at end of round ch2, slip stitch in 1 st pineapple Do not tie off. Round 3: 1 pineapple in space before slip stitch, *(ch2, 1 pineapple) in each space up to the corner, ch2, (1dc, ch2, 1dc) between dc groups at corner, ch2*, 1 slip stitch in 1 st stitch of the round Do not tie off.
