multiple of 4 chain

Row 1: 

2 dc in 4th chain from hook, skip next 3 ch, work (sc, ch 3, 3 dc) in next ch,

*skip next 3 ch, (sc, ch 3, 3dc) in next ch* repeat,

skip next 3 ch, sc in last ch, turn    

Row 2:

ch 3, 2dc in beginning sc,

*skip next 2dc, fpsc in next dc, ch 3, 3dc in next chain space, skip next sc * repeat,

skip next 2dc, sc between last dc and ending ch 3 

 Repeat from Row 2

 Finishing Row:

ch 3, 2dc in beginning  sc,

*skip next 2 dc, sc in top of next dc, sc in next chain space, 2dc in next sc* repeat,

skip next 2dc, sc in top of ending ch-3 

Tie off.
