Close Scallops


A firm stitch that is moderately scalloped.

Multiple of 6 chain plus 1

Row 1: skip 3 chain, 2 double crochet in next chain, skip 2 chain, 1 single crochet, * skip 2 chain, 4 double crochet in next chain, skip 2 chain, 1 single crochet* repeat from *, chain 3, turn.

Row 2: 2 double crochet in 1st single crochet, * 1 single crochet between 2nd and 3rd double crochet of next 4 double crochet group, 4 double crochet in next single crochet*, repeat from *, 1 single crochet in 3-chain space at beginning of row, chain 3, turn. 

Repeat from Row 2.
