Multiple of 14 chain plus 2

Row 1: skip 1 chain, 1 single crochet, * skip 6 chain, 1 elongated double crochet [yarn over, insert hook, draw up a loop 1/2" long, yarn over, draw through 2 loops, yarn over, draw through 2 loops], 12 more elongated double crochet in same stitch, skip 6 chain, 1 single crochet*, chain 3, turn

Row 2: 1 elongated double crochet in 1st single crochet, * chain 5, 1 single crochet in 7th of 13 elongated double crochet, chain 5, 2 elongated double crochet in single crochet between the fans*, 2 elongated double crochet in last single crochet, chain 1, turn

Row 3: 1 single crochet between the first 2 elongated double crochet, * 13 elongated double crochet in the single crochet worked at center of fan in previous row, 1 single crochet between the 2 long double crochet of previous row*, chain 3, turn

Repeat from Row 2
