Double-Faced Double Crochet

Double-Faced Double Crochet

Double-faced double crochet makes a sturdy, very thick fabric.

Multiple is any number of chains (ch).

Row 1: 1 double crochet (dc) in each chain, chain 3, turn

Row 2: With fabric sideways, skip first stitch, * yarn over (yo), inserts hook in back loop of next stitch and back loop of foundation chain, catch yarn, draw a loop through 2 back loops, then complete double crochet (dc)*, repeat from * to end of row, chain (ch) 3, turn.

Repeat Row 2, working into back of each double crochet (dc) and double crochet (dc) of previous row.
